The service
Ruta Foto is a photography planning notebook operated by Xaleia. Free works locally without an account and includes up to 20 active photo cards plus annotations on up to 3 cards; completed and archived cards do not count toward the active-card limit. Pro Local unlocks the complete local toolkit. Pro + Cloud includes the Pro toolkit while active and keeps a Ruta Foto library available across signed-in devices and the web app.
Your photographs and backups
You keep ownership of photographs, notes and other content you add. You confirm that you own that content or have permission to store and use it.
Cloud reference images are resized to a maximum 2,000-pixel longest side and compressed. They are working copies for planning and sync, not full-resolution originals and not a replacement for an independent backup. Keep original photographs and backups somewhere you control.
Cloud Sync limits
A Cloud Sync account can store up to 2 GB and 2,500 reference images. Each uploaded image is limited to 2 MB. We may adjust limits for security, reliability or sustainable operation, with reasonable notice when practicable.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ruta Foto to store or distribute unlawful content, sexual exploitation or abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that violates another person's rights, malware, or material you are not authorized to use. Do not attempt to bypass storage limits, access another account, disrupt the service or use Cloud Sync as general-purpose file hosting.
Ruta Foto does not provide a public gallery or social feed. You are responsible for content that you choose to export or share outside Ruta Foto.
Enforcement
We may restrict or suspend Cloud Sync where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we may remove unlawful material or terminate an account. Local data that remains on your device is under your control.
Purchases
Ruta Foto Pro Local is a one-time in-app purchase. Ruta Foto Pro + Cloud is an independent auto-renewable subscription that includes all Pro features while active and does not require Pro Local first. Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Cancelling does not delete local cards, photographs or annotations. After Pro + Cloud expires, customers who do not own Pro Local return to the Free limits; existing data remains visible and can be completed or archived. Customers who own Pro Local keep permanent Pro features and lose only cloud sync. Deleting a Ruta Foto account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Availability
We work to keep Ruta Foto reliable, but uninterrupted availability and perfect synchronization cannot be guaranteed. Pro customers should export a complete backup before major changes or device migrations. Features may evolve as the service improves.
Apple terms
Use of the iPhone app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
