Tell us what happened, which device you are using and the Ruta Foto version shown in the app. Do not send one-time sign-in codes or payment information.

Back up your library

On every plan, open More, then Transfer & Backup, and prepare a complete safety ZIP. Free can export and restore the whole library even when it contains more than 20 active cards. Keep the exported file somewhere you control before making large changes or moving to another device.

Cloud Sync

Pro + Cloud is an independent plan that includes every Pro feature while the subscription is active; you do not need to buy Pro Local first. Sign in with the same Ruta Foto email account on each device. Normal changes sync automatically after saving, when Ruta Foto opens and when a connection returns.

Reference images are optimized for maps, cards and device sync: Ruta Foto limits the longest side to 2,000 pixels and compresses the stored copy. Keep your original photographs and independent backups somewhere you control.

A Cloud Sync account can store up to 2 GB and 2,500 reference images, with a maximum of 2 MB for each uploaded image.

If a change is still missing, keep both devices online, open Ruta Foto on each one and allow the current sync to finish before editing the same card again.

Sign-in codes

Check the email address carefully and look in spam or junk folders. Request a new code if the previous one has expired. Never share a sign-in code with anyone, including support.

Delete your account

Open More, choose Account & Sync, then choose Delete Account. Confirming permanently removes your account and synced cloud data. Your local library remains on that iPhone.

Deleting a Ruta Foto account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Manage Plan in the same screen or manage subscriptions in your Apple account separately.
